Psychosocial Recovery Coaching
A Psychosocial Recovery Coach helps you manage daily challenges, aiming to improve your independence and wellbeing. They work with you, your family, carers, and other services to create a personalised recovery plan. This plan empowers you to achieve your goals and build resilience and decision-making skills.
Support Coordination
Support coordinators assist participants in utilising their NDIS funding. They assist in helping participant choose services, find providers, understand their budgets, and resolve any difficulties.
The goal of support coordinators is to empower participants to pursue goals, connect with the community, and manage supports effectively.
There are three levels of support coordination available, depending on participant needs: support connection, support coordination - coordination of supports, and specialist support coordination.
Community Participation
We are here to help you get more involved in your community, especially in fun activities!
Being part of the community is great for your health and happiness. Our support includes taking you to things like shopping, sports, movies, and more.
Joining community activities enhances social connection, promotes a sense of belonging and contributes to overall health and wellbeing.
Therapeutic Supports
We offer a range of therapeutic supports to boost your health and wellbeing. Our team includes therapists and counsellors who can provide individual and group sessions.
Therapy is beneficial for everyone, regardless of age or ability. Whatever your goals may be, we are here to help you achieve them.
Group Activities
Participating in group activities offers multiple benefits, including fostering a sense of belonging and connection, strengthening relationships, expanding social networks, boosting confidence and self-efficacy, and creating opportunities for further community engagement, employment, or study.
